Balance & structure, strength & flexibility, is how we provide support for this form.

BODY ARCHITECTURE educates people to work with their bodies for the purpose of preserving them, rather than for the sake of vanity, or esthetics. Balancing weight & stress to protect the vulnerable areas . (like the knees, back, & neck) With this method, your body will not just last the first half of your life... but your entire life.

PHILOSOPHY

  1. Breathing to your body, is like gas for your car...the more you have, the further you go.
  2. Breathing is the most important thing your body needs in order to exist. You could live for weeks without food. You could live for days without water. Without air, you would only be her for a few minutes.
  3. You body will do whatever you tell it to....if you wanted a tattoo, or piercing... you body will do it! If you wanted to jump out of an airplane, or climb a mountian...your body will do it! Nothing you experience in a workout will compare to what your body is capable of. Put it in perspective.
  4. Knees don't bend backwards ... every time you lock them, it puts a tremendous amount of pressure on them... this contributes to knee pain.
  5. Our bodies do not know right from wrong, it only knows what an individual teaches it through habit, or practice. Most people aren't even aware of the habits they are teaching their bodies...like double chins, or letting their stomach hang. If you don't want to 'design' a double chin, then be aware of how often you may be practicing it. If you don't want a belly, than stop letting it hang out...it puts a load of pressure on your back, by the way.
