If any unforeseen issues arise with your purchase, please contact us and we will attempt to resolve your concerns promptly.

Returns

Due to the custom/small batch nature of our items, all sales are considered final unless exceptional circumstances arise. Full descriptions and pictures are included with each item for you to preview before purchase. We strive for excellence and fully represent our products to the best of our abilities. However, should your item arrive damaged by the postal service, please obtain pictures immediately and alert us of the issue. We will start a postal claim and work out a satisfactory replacement for you, or issue a refund.

Any authorized returns must be unused or in the same condition you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to exceptional circumstances, once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of its status.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate it to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your financial issuer's policies.

Shipping

If a return/exchange is authorized, you are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, except in exceptional circumstances.
