Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic & International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Most orders are processed within 3-6 business days, unless otherwise specified. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for deliveries due to COVID-19, as postal services are overloaded. If there will be a significant delay in initial shipment of your order, we will contact you. 

We ship with traceable services which can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks if customs at the destination country. We will do our best to get items out as fast as we can, but ask for your patience if shipments are delayed due to factors out of our control. If you require rush shipping, please contact us for a quote to your destination. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping based on weight and destination will be charged for purchases under $150 CAD*.

All orders over $150 CAD* ship for free! Who doesn't love FREE shipping!

Damages

Renegade Permaculture is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please contact and we will work together with the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a postal claim.
