How to use your Gua Sha tool:
- Cleanse your face and hands.
- Lightly spritz your face and neck with a hydrating mist/toner.

- With the tool at a 10-15% angle to skin, perform slow sweeping motions along facial contours and in an upward fashion.
- Sweeping motions should be performed 3-10 times for maximum effectiveness.
- Always use gentle, downward strokes at the end.
